Start Recap Studio

  1. Install the app requirements with INSTALL_REQUIREMENTS.bat.
  2. Start the local companion with WEB_START.bat and leave its window open.
  3. Choose your video, add a Gemini API key, and create a voiceover.

Your video and key go straight to the companion on this PC. The website host only serves the page.

For a published site, start the companion with its website origin, for example:
WEB_START.bat --allow-origin https://your-site.pages.dev
